The Rant thinks they know better than the staff on all who starts questions, but as always Les knows best.

It's Miles' call, but both he and Cam will be in total agreement on who it is. There will be absolutely no controversy with the coaches.........
The Rant? well thats an entirely different story.

My opinion: If there is no distance between #1 and #2 (Harris and Jennings): 1. Let each play 2 series of downs and see who has the hot hand. 2. Let both start at the same time and keep the defense really confused. 3. Start Jared Foster in the Wild Tiger for a series and then rotate between the two other QBs (this is not Les Miles-ish, I know, so don't take me seriously).

Les will give his approval but I just bet that the choice will be heavily based on what Cam says. Blah blah blah, I know about the bullshite about Miles controlling everything. But this is different Miles is best friends and completely trust Cam. He will do what Cam suggest he do IMO.

wasnt a loss....just that Jennings didnt lead the team to victory. Hill did. Jennings almost lost the game.

but he didn't prove he couldn't lead the team to victory. The QB is the leader of the offense, he touches the ball on every play, the team won...

It's Jennings, barring injury. There is no QB battle for starting position.

It may not stay that way, but that's how it will start.

If Les really wants to do what's best for the team he should let Cam decide IMO. The guy knows qbs. I trust him more in that department than les but I understand he's the head coach and can make the call if he wants to.

Agreed 100%

With a top notch staff in place, I look for Les to gradually take on more of a CEO role as LSU's Head Coach.

Retains total control, but allowed to focus more on his individual strength's, recruiting, LSU ambassador, etc..

Inside info, or are you just venturing a self-assured guess?

This is actually an easy answer.

If the rant disagrees with the starter it was Miles. If they agree with the decision then it was Cameron.

Just curious, did you call for Mett to be benched after his 11/29 97 yard performance at Texas A&M in 2012?

What about his 3 interception game that lead to losing to Ole Miss?

If Harris starts and has a shitty game in 2014 (like any true freshman would) are you going to cackle for Foster? You know... since you're obviously the fickle type to write off a quarterback after 1 bad game.

Miles.. as he should. I have a feeling Jennings get the nod but if he struggles Harris will be brought in.
