I don't think that was a blind side sack

Be that as it may, I was nervous that Etling may not be effective in the 2nd half and it's back to the run, run, run, punt offense. Of course, in fairness to Harris, he may thrive in this new offense.

I felt good at the half. We were able to keep the defense honest with intermediate passes; when we can do that we should win every game. Great game to watch!

The play call that got Etling crushed made me panic. It was good to see him come back and play well.

The adjustments that were made within the first half were amazing. We didn't even wait till half time to make them.
I fricking loved the shot of LF and other offensive players on the sideline with a coach and a white board. Looked like a classroom with all of them paying attention like their lives depended on it.

The Score Board was full of people melting down 7-0 and OM driving on their 2nd possession. It's pretty comical actually.

My blood pressure went up on that dumbass play call that nearly got Etling killed before the half. That was a major league stupid play call.

I never get on the score board anymore until the football game reaches steady state.

I wasn't panicked, I was annoyed that we turned the ball over and gave up a halftime lead.

I never panicked. I also never looked at the score board in game last night. The ignorance there isn't worth the eye stress if previous games are any indication. I just don't go there any more.
It's a new era guys; maybe short lived but I share do like it!

Oh, you should. Northwestern Tiger got roasted when he started a thread talking about how this team just isn't any good. Started it in the 1st qtr, by the 4th, he was getting blasted for being an idiot.

I think more threads started by the melters should get bumped and ripped accordingly. Funny stuff.

This.
I told my buddy right after half that if we can just stop them on their first drive after the half we have a chance to run a way with it I wasnt dissapointed.

Not me. Ole Miss was some lucky breaks/ref calls away from being blown the frick out. I knew what was coming.

Same. Plus, Ole Miss is the best team in the SEC for the first quarter. Freeze hasn't taught them to count past 20.

Nawwwww.... I wasn't... LSU is a better 2nd half team in most games.... some so called fans were aborting after the 1st 5 minutes of the game.... you can tell the ones who know football and the others who think they know football....I just wish we could start the season over with this "NEW" old offense we had hidden from years back.... I think our record would/could be significantly different right about now....

Coach O's team will play 60 mins of football no matter the score. Saban better have hs team ready. Two more weeks to test that ankle and a score to settle for LF7 and we could have an upset on our hands.

We dominated after they went up 10-0...outscored them 38-11 after that and they were lucky to get those 11 points.

I haven't seen us make halftime adjustments like this since the saban days here.

You mean the days where we had 1 season with less than 3 losses? Cmon man.
