Who was your “first” LSU QB?

Talking about Jeff Wickersham on the recruitment board brought up an interesting question, who was your first LSU QB? As in first Quarterback you remember watching for the tigers. Personally, Matt Mauck was mine. I started to really catch on to football and grow a passion for it around 5 years old, and that was the year we beat Oklahoma in the Sugar bowl so it was a good year to get into football to say the least

Rohan Davey in 2001 was the first I truly remember.
I think I watched a game or two the season before but I didn’t learn about Booty until I was older so I don’t think he counts.

Tommy Hodson for me, I was around 7-8 years old when I started to really get into it

Jamie Howard. I didn't really get into sports until I was about 13-14.

I guess mine was the Woodley Ensminger combo.
But, that's very early. So, I think the first one I really followed well was Hodson.

DiNardo was the first coach I really remember. I vaguely remember the Herb Tyler days, but remember more of the Josh Booty/Rohan Davey days.

Herb Tyler
underrated as a passer IMO.

Chad Loup. Somehow still became a Tiger.
