He is not the commandant of WP? A ton of people where taking photos with him.

the Commandant is a 3 Star, but I don't know who he is right now. He normally shows up at Army football games.

Ok, that makes sense. At first I thought I saw 4-stars, but later saw 3-stars, must have not been the same guy. The Commandant of WP is a female. I’m not sure if she was there.
