Who here thinks we should bench Mett in favor of Rivers, Randall, or Bolden?

I've seen some comments here and there. Just wondering how many of you feel this way.

Only an idiot would blame our problems on Mett.

I don't see how anybody could possibly think a QB change would help in anyway.

Absolutely not. Mett has been fine. Need the line to block and receivers to catch.

I would be in favor of an 'and' but not an 'or'.... as it relates to Bolden having a package.

Neither does any sane person. But there have been a few comments that I have seen that said Mett needs benching.

Yea, because I'm sure Rivers or Bolden can catch the ball and block. Catching the ball and blocking is more of a concern than QB play.

This is one of the dumbest ideas I've ever seen here, and that's saying something! Mett is not even close to being our biggest problem.

Not me. Mett is doing the best he can. I do think that one series in the first half or one series in the second half , we could put a change of pace in, even if it was to put Shep in the wildcat formation. But to Bench Mett, Absolutely not.

Anyone who feels this way is completely retarded. IF the receivers catch the damn ball and OL blocks better Mett would have pretty damn good numbers. Throw whoever you want back there right now, as long as the OL doesnt block and receivers dont catch it wont matter.

I really need to stick to the OT, MSB, and OB, most people on TR just make me so sad and angry at the same time. There are some quality posters here, tho.

I don't think it's Mett's fault at all. O-Line and horribile scheme.

Fwiw this thread was started because of something someone posted on the OT. You can't escape it.

I dont think we should bench Mett, especially not for Bolden, but id be lying if i said i dont want to see Rivers get a series or 2. But, def not for Bolden, who has been at LSU for a total of 2 months. But, i wouldnt mind seeing Rivers get a chance, just a series or 2. And, if the players respond better to him on the field we could have something. Im not saying bench Mett or anything like that, but im curious to see what Rivers looks like. It has not been Metts fault, thats for sure.
