Need to get them in the game plan

Did you not watch the Wisconsin game? Unless our other options are simply not producing, I'm fine with keeping the ball in our real playmakers hands

Got to fine tune the two tight-end formation for Bama so we can run right at em! Always works for us.

Fine then just put an OL who can actually block in a TE # and let them fine tune the blocking assignments.

The tight ends are always a part of the game plan...just so happens to be blocking and not receiving. The offense has been vanilla for SHSU and ULM though.

If you watch the game closely, there was actually a couple of plays where the TE was in route. One that comes to mind was play action left, bootleg right with Dickson I think dragging across the middle, he was covered and
Anthony ran it.

They're busy blocking for the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse

According to all of the media BS when Cam was hired, it all pointed to more use of the TE in the passing game vs the blocking game...apparently CLM had other ideas vs CCC...

I really think we under utilize the position and that may have lead to the dropped pass & fumble, that you referenced...But if we are just going to use them for decoys, use real OL instead of these "ultralights"...

this is prob their punishment for dropping and fumbling balls, im sure they will get thrown too in the near future....Hard to believe Desean Smith wont be utilized more....But hey we got play makers everywhere...good problem to have...just need someone to get them the ball better...
