Waking up to this every day does not mean you wake up to a woman.

Each minute that passes makes it worse. The best time to fire him is now. Well, actually it was last year, but the best time POSSIBLE is now.

When we go 6-6 or 7-5 for the next few years at what point does it become advantagious to fire Miles? This is a serious question.

It would be more serious if you grounded the question in something besides rhetoric. You don't know for certain what this team's record will be, whether better, worse, or the same as you mentioned.

Sure. I could come up with any number between 0 and 12. That's potential.

"When we go 6-6 or 7-6..." isn't potential. It's a leading statement that presumes the outcome is already decided.

We could easily lose to Ole Miss, Arkansas, Bama, and Florida

Throw in a random frick up against a talented if underperforming UNC squad or a Noel Devine lead WVU team.

Then there's Auburn which is at Auburn.

If three years ago is going to be a predictor for everything, then LSU should win the NC next year.

Just because you keep repeating this doesn't make it true.

So let get this straight...you would have fired a coach one year removed from a NC and who is forced to play his 3rd and 4th string QB's?

Then we are still doing no worse than Jimbo Fisher these days. Or Rich Rodriguez either. Or Tommy Tuberville, who is 0-0.

This is who you want to be in the company of? Why not compare to Saban, or Meyer, or Kelly?

Are u talking about Michigan? That is the only program that I can think of that might be going 6-6 or 7-5 but how would Michigan fire the LSU coach?

I hate to break it to all you guys who really hate Miles, because in fact I'm right there with you. Trust me I've been ranting all weekend; I was at the game, and I was disgusted. BUT there's no way in hell we earn less than a 9-3 season next year...we just have too much talent and will continue to have too much talent for that too happen. Plus JJ really is a good quarterback, and next year he'll be great. The only question is again the O-Line. Don't get too worried yet though guys. If not for his contract Miles would be gone this year. I can almost guarantee that Crowton will be gone, and ur defense will still be stacked. As far as recruiting is concerned, LSU no matter what happens the next year, will still get all the best recruits from Lousiana. Just don't give up on our Tigers yet. Good things are yet to come. We jsut have to trust that our talented athletes will outweigh Miles's stupidity. I'm probably one of the most avid fans LSU has, and if you don't think so come visit me on the front row of every home game in the student's section. I'll be the guy painted up...

um...JJ is not really all that good. He's just the lesser of 2 evils.
