And we don't have recent NC's, there is a serious coaching issue here. The talent on this team is sick. This talent should not be destroyed by a mid-level SEC team like Arky.

They should pull a "Varsity Blues" scene and leave Les in the locker room. Offense probably look better because of it.....

At the start of this season, these are the schools with the most players in the NFL:

LSU - 38
Miami - 37
Bama - 35
UGA - 34
USC - 34
FSU - 33
UF - 31
OU - 30

Lots of teams with NFL talent that aren't winning NC's every year.

Are you joking? Look how many starters in the NFL that played for LSU over the past few years.

Only Two of those dlinemen were recruited under chavis. That's been LSUs issue. The beef is missing.

they weren't all on the team at the same time, they weren't all in the same level of development at the same time

And a chunk of them won a national championship.

Exactly. Just because Peterson and Beckham went to LSU doesnt mean LSU should have won a title. They werent even on the same team. LSU played for one with beckham btw.

Le$ Mile$ is the head football coach. He is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the program.

And position coaches are accountable for recruiting the positions they coach. Do you honestly expect a head coach to be in constant communication with 40-50 high school kids while they're trying to prepare for games during the season?

You do realize that football is a team sport. One weak link could be the difference between a national championship and 8-5 (QB play especially).

Also, please don't count the NFL starters that were on the '07 team if you're going to say that we don't have any National Championships.

I'm talking last 4 years. Look how many LSU players are on NFL rosters yet LSU has nothing to show for it at all. This team should not be in the situation it is in and has been in the past few years. Beckham, Landry, Mett, Alexander, Peterson, Minter, Hill, Mathieu, Hunter alone should have been capable of winning an SEC championship. Not this mess. It's coaching. This talent should not get totally destroyed by a team like Arky two years in a row, it just should not happen.

Simply means that Les Miles is a underachieving head coach.

Recruited but obviously NOT coached with zero NC's with this level of talent.

Since the board believes the coaching staff can not coach/develop players is Miles and Staff the GOAT recruiting staff? I mean they go to the NFL with zero development from highschool, right?

The ones in bold left for the NFL before finishing their collegiate eligibility, FYI.
