And that's my point whenever there's a game winning shot or even a end of halftime shot, if Hickey gets it, everyone knows its going up and everybody will be open and nothing is said ever, Dre does it once and he's hogging lol

It's a problem for both of them. Hickey just so happens to have nailed a few.

yes by all means you can say that Hat Tricks because that would be a true statement, so I may not be speaking about you or alot of ranters, but you got people saying "stringers the worst" and over the yrs he has been the whipping child fdr the reason we haven't been as successful as we would want. Hickey getting murdered is criminal in my opinion, the kid has hit big shot after big shot for this team. We can point out the mistakes thats not the problem but to speak of these players as if their nothing is crazy, Hickey and Stringer in particular have RESUMES have done things. We forget everything these guys have done for the one thing they didnt, SMH

If Coleman doesn't get a foul called on Harrison, we probably win.
If Dre makes the free throw, we probably win.
If they call a travel on Young, we probably win.(FTR I wasn't looking close enough to attest to the fact that he actually walked but I'll take everyone's word for it.
If we don't get fricked by the refs the entire game, we probably win.

A lot of ifs in this game. One thing I can assure you is that when all's said and done, your brother won't be remembered for missing that ft. He's put in too much work and done too well to have that overshadow everything.

No matter what people may say or have said about him in games past, he'll be remembered for all the good he's done for this program. Which is a lot.

JoB gets crucified here. It's disgusting sometimes. He doesn't ever get much of a pass.

I think most people blame the bad officiating. The SEC is a joke for away teams, 70% loss rate, and that's WITH UF and UK being dominant.

As someone else said, in a close loss, you can pick a dozen people and things to blame, which is really proof that the loss goes on the team as a whole. Singling out one thing is ridiculous.

I'm happy with the performance. If they'd have beaten UK, I don't think I'd have cared about the post season. shite, if they beat UF, I won't care. They're still a bit sloppy, and I think next year will be a huge breakout season for them.

I disagree. JOB gets criticized on this board almost as much as Coach Miles or Coach Jones. Even on a good day.

Read some of the posts from early in the 1st half.

JoB has some man sized plays and 8 early points. Then he made a couple of bad plays and people were calling him trash.

Again I was not speaking on this particular game specificially, just in general and ovbviously as a family member Im more inclined to see the post about Dre than others ill admit. With that said I dont believe anyone will say my statements dont have merit.

We've had posters say that they are better than Dre,he doesn't deserve a Scholarship, etc. LESTER EARL has said every negative comment towards Dre and this team except they all should be hung. lol lol and all that is fine but I just think there is a fine line between pointing out flaws or mistakes and just flat out bashing just because you can. I've come on here and pointed out Flaws in Andre's game,I'm always very upfront and honest but there's a difference thats all

You should be proud of what your brother has accomplished here. He came to lsu when we were bad and had to shoulder more than he should too early. He lost weight got quicker better defensively and a better shooter. Yes he missed that ft today but there was no one i wanted at the line from this team but Dre and if anyone says otherwise they r lieing. He reps lsu in a great way and im happy hes a tiger. Goodluck to him the rest of the year and in the future

The other half has the coaching pedigree of Bobby Knight.

Thank you.for posting this. Most people don't feel the way most of these irrational idiots do. I have a group of 7 friends who are huge lsu basketball fans. None of us think or act like the rantards you are referring to. They are the unsilent minority.

I will miss stringer. He plays the game the right way. I will be there on senior day to cheer him on
