Two days ago from me. It is obvious that we have 4 players who, at the very least, were involved in a fight while breaking curfew. Separately, breaking curfew, and being in a fight(for self defense), are typically not suspense worthy, combine I think that they are. The team, the university, and us, the fans, all look like complete dog shite. Everyone who keeps up with college football in America is forming opinions based on this last week. We are currently Auburn of last year. Miles' greatest coaching attribute, apart from his good recruiting, has been team management and leadership. He needs to do something that he should've done 2 days ago and suspend the 4 players in question for the Oregon game, and cite the curfew as the reason, with any further developments in the investigation that either incriminate, or exonerate, them being taken into consideration as it is discovered. This will relieve the team and players from more media scrutiny(and there will be more) and also to allow the players who will play to focus on the upcoming season.

I know that I'm going to be blasted for saying that they should be suspended, but we can all admit that these guys messed up. Breaking a curfew and then getting into a fight, no matter for what reason, is too much to let go unpunished. The team will be better for it and maybe we can restore some focus and keep from further hurting the image of our team and fans.

Some people withb rains feel that it is better to have ALL the facts in before handing out punishment. That way you know the severity to apply. But that's just people that think independently.

You do realize that if he suspends those 4 for breaking curfew then you have to suspend the other 20 or so players that broke curfew also? an offense youve already said is not worthy of suspension. Do you want this team to stand any chance what so ever against oregon? Btw JL broke curfew too, you want to start a guy with absolutely zero big game experience against the BCS runner up last year?
