When miles learns how to start up a fire

After reading some of the posts, I'm thinking that there is a lot of white smoke in here already.

I am expecting something in place by the 12 th of Jan.

Because I believe that this hire is the most critical hire that Miles has made during his tenure, I'm kind of hoping that this drags on for a little while longer.

Based on the lack of information out there, this feels like an internal hire. And, I just don't think that would be good for the program. Anything imminent would almost assuredly be an announcement to that effect.

If it draws out, then I think there is hope that a comprehensive search is ongoing.
