Or maybe he knows this, and is pushing him harder to try to get everything he can out of him. Canada has been on Etlings arse in multiple videos, why not start a thread asking what's wrong with him?

Etling is the starting QB with fixable mistakes that likely aren't related to effort. You play how you practice. From what we saw in the videos, Brossette was going half speed and looked sluggish. Hence the reason I started the thread.

This wasn't some big picture indictment of Brossette as a college athlete and person. You're making a mountain out of a mole hill.

You don't think lowering his shoulder while running through tackling dummies is a fixable mistake? That's all I heard him yell at him for.

Tell yourself LSU is up to par all you want to. Guice is the only high caliber runner they have right now.

Brossette is suspect and Williams is awfully pedestrian. Is what it is.

Are we all spoiled with LF and DG? Sure, but LSUs program is one that consistently has a high level running threat.

I fully expect LSU to pull a top RB in the 2018 class and that recruit will be a starter day one.

Here's a news flash....in the little time he's gotten to play, he has done pretty damn good.

Does that count the time he fumbled and acted a b*tch on the sidelines?

Y'all watched a video of a coach yelling him to get lower when running through the dummies,

That was also the video where he was told to get lower, then he went back through the next time the same exact way...

He never was very fast. His strength was vision and quick change of direction.

Exactly. His vision is freakish. His game speed can be weird. Hes not a fast guy. But seems to possess the ability to pull away when being pursued. He's not going to impress you in the 40 though.

He's not that good, just being honest.

Sucked we missed on the kid from Jennings because him as a feature back with a new QB in 2018 will be a scary sight

Tommie Robinson is going to either make or break him he's gonna get the best out of every rb and if he breaks then he's just soft

He's struggling.

Glad to see TRob trying to motivate him.

His body language says TRob's methods aren't working. Not sure how to reach this kid, but he needs to light his own fire like Guice.

Not one time did I say he was on the level of Guice. As a matter of fact, I said it's still too early to tell given the limited role he's played due to the injury and being behind two absolute stud backs.

Forgive me for not being so quick to shite on our own players, who more than likely read this board.

Boom. Lol

BTW: i think he'll be ok when he return for fall camp. The spring is more of an exhibition for fans, media and fine tunning for coaches (new installs) and players(especially those incoming) adjusting to them. I told someone LSU is straight at Running Back for the next 3 years.(he completely disagreed lol)
I said After Guice someone else will step right up, Williams/Brossette/Fournette etc...see where this is going?

That Jennings kid made the mistake of his life purely because he was butthurt about being behind Akers. He could've been the man in 2018, instead he'll be processed at Clemson.

I am nervous about the shape of our RB corps in 2018.

I hope CE-H comes on strong.

Damn, missing on Cam Akers was a kick in the nuts.
