This game has taken weeks of lifting and gameplanning to be ready for, but a lifetime of preparation to finish the way you want it to.

I would have them close their eyes and meditate and visualize the game for exactly 4 min. and 50 seconds. Then..... utter these words:

For some reason this thread makes me thing of my 10th grade year. We were sitting on the bench during a basketball game, and the coach yells for a buddy of mine. He jumped off the end of the bench and pulled off his warmup jacket. He runs up to the coach, coach hands him a quarter, and tells him to go to the concession stand and get him a blow pop. The guy calls him a mf'er, goes and gets him the blow pop, then quits the team the next day. True story. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.....

I don't think you have to tell them anything. they are gonna have a want to give their all on the field. I am sure it is in their mind just like ours what happened last year, and can't wait to get this W.
