LSU/Vanderbilt 1984.
There was really nothing special about the game itself, except maybe Dalton Hilliard returning the first KO of his career for 80 yards to the Vandy 20. It was a typical LSU/Vandy blowout.
However, it was my first Homecoming as a student. And for some reason, I found myself surrounded by beautiful 19-22 year old coeds that night in the student section...and they all seemed to want to flirt w/ me. It was heady stuff for a skinny 18 year old freshman. Makes me long for those days sometimes, when it was all a new experience.

I'm pretty young, and haven't been to as many games as others in this thread. Last year's Ole Miss game was pretty cool for me. Not a student anymore, but got to see the game from the nosebleeds with my family (we were surrounded by Ole Miss fans as well). We just sat up there for awhile after the game and watched everyone rush the field.
UTe (2010) -- My uncle actually got my cousin and I tickets in the north EZ so we weren't in the student section. All the end of game craziness happened right in front of us. It took us a day or two to process everything that happened

I know I'm only supposed to pick one, but there are too many great memories (and not so great) to do that:
2012: South Carolina (After coming off the loss to Florida and USCe was #3; Tiger Stadium was rocking all night long)
2012: Alabama (Tensions from the NCG were high, Tiger Stadium didn't disappoint, Chavis' 2-minute Defense)
2013: Auburn ("Stiff Dew" through the 1st half; being Auburn's only loss leading up to the National Championship Game)
2013: Texas A&M (Johnnie Football's only trip to Tiger Stadium)
2013: Arkansas (4th quarter 99-yard drive)
2014: Wisconsin (Rollercoaster from start to finish)
2014: Ole Miss (Messy game from start to finish; too many turnovers; found a way to win; rushing the field)
2014: Alabama (Coming off the Ole Miss win, spirits were high, team played it's best football until the last minute or so and into OT)
Here's to hoping for some Tiger magic in my senior year. :jump1: :jump2:

08 Bama (great atmosphere, and though it ended poorly in OT, the blocked FG in regulation is probably the greatest singular moment I remember about the student section)
Same, will always remember the coke showers and "Living on a Prayer" following that blocked kick. Best 5 minutes I've ever had in TS.
Some other games for me include:
2009 Florida (pre-game, at least. SS was rocking for Tebow's last game in TS)
2010 Bama
2011 Bama (was in Bryant Denny and it was glorious)
2011 Arkansas
2012 South Carolina
2012 Bama (except the final drive)

The night it rained oranges - Florida State 1982. Surreal atmosphere. Great excitement because an Orange Bowl berth was at stake. Fog so dense you could barely see the field at times. Dalton Hilliard being showered with oranges after touchdowns. A dominating victory. That was my favorite game in the student section.

The '07 year as a whole may be the best year ever. I'm sure there are some old guys who go with the, when I was young..... But that year was a roller coaster filled with great football games.

Regular season as a student-
1964 Ole Miss Win11-10 on 2 pt conversion with little time left. OM first loss that season-- yes they hate us.
Bowl as a student 1966 Cotton Bowl. 14-7 over Arkansas who was riding 22 game win streak at the time. Seniors Joe Labruzzo, Dave McCormick and Jerry Joseph started.

My first LSU game was the season of '54. The kickoff of that game was returned by Joe May. He took the kickoff at the goal line & went straight up the middle of the field for a 100 yard touchdown. He was later the track coach at LSU.
I was a student from '66 'til '70, after doing four years as a weatherman in the USAF.
I was there when Billie Cannon took the punt from Ole Miss - inside of the 20 yd. line - which he wasn't supposed to do - & ran 89 yards for a touchdown. If you watch closely, you'll see the ref. matching him step. I think Cannon may have been the first very athletic football player. He won the SEC championship in the 100 yd. dash & the shot put.
I saw all four years of Pistol Pete's home games.

What was your favorite regular season game as a student?
1. 2010 Bama: The atmosphere was awesome even though we were out of the SEC west picture, but beating Saban was awesome.
2. 2011 Auburn
3. 2011 Arkansas
