1948 - (maybe 1949) - LSU vs NC.
I was 10 or 11 years old. I think LSU won, but I was more enthralled by the stadium itself (horseshoe then), Mike the Tiger (the first), and the star NC player, 'Choo-Choo' Justice.
Been an LSU fan ever since. Graduated in 1960 and my granddaughter graduated in 2009. Both of us there for a national championship.
Life is good.

the first one was 1994 Auburn-LSU, got invited by a friend and his family. Game was in Auburn.
the first one in Tiger Stadium was 2000 Alabama-LSU. Went with a group of friends who had an extra ticket.
felt really fortunate to see two good, entertaining games without having to pay the priced of admission.

I really don't recall since I was probably about 5 years old and it was probably in 1962. But I just don't know. I remember some games but I couldn't tell you who LSU was playing.
I do remember going to the 1966 Cotton Bowl in Dallas and I remember it well.

It was LSU/TULANE at old Tulane Stadium in early 60's. The game was 6-0 at the half and ended up 62-0, I was around 15 at the time.

6 years old in 1998 vs Kentucky. Tim Couch led a long drive that turned into a game winning field goal for the Wildcats.

LSU vs Florida, during the Dinardo years. I believe Florida was ranked #1 in the nation and the Tigers upset them in Death Valley! My buddy was being recruited to LSU at the time but never got an offer. We still got to eat a buffet for the recruits, their families, and their guests, plus we got some GREAT seats! It was a very awesome experience! I have since graduated from LSU, and been back to about 20-something more games. That one will always stand out though.
