Why? Why not just enjoy this year?

Incidentally, it's going to be a lot.

Do you mean underclassmen? If so, Fournette for sure, plus almost certainly Adams and likely Godchaux. Maybe Dupre, too, though his production needs to pick up.

Graduation/Early NFL:
Fournette
Godchaux
Adams
Dupre
T. White
Pocic
Dural
Beckwith
Riley
Bower
Neal
Jefferson
Boutte
Jeter
D. Thomas
Delahoussaye
Corey Thompson
Perhaps Valentine

Transfer:
Brandon Harris
At least one WR

If you take away from this that 2016 was THE YEAR and we blew it, you would be correct.

I am definitely enjoying this year now and looking forward to a SEC championship and playoff run.

Just was wondering how it sets up for Coach O next season.

I'm really going to miss Beckwith. I think he has potential to be the next Ray Lewis. I really don't believe Dupre should go. He's not ready. Adams, Fournette are ready IMO. Godchaux just depends on who is in the draft to compete with him. I don't really view him as stand out enough for leaving early but you never know.

Ho Lee fugg

I didn't realize it was that many. Atleast we will have a ton of them ending up in the NFL. That's good for the schools rep

Damn shame F King didn't let Alleva finish the job last year. Thete is no doubt in my mind that LSU would be 5-0 right now and at least #3 in the nation.

Dupre is not going to come back to school at LSU. Period. He is gone no matter what.

Replacing all those players on defense will be crazy difficult. That said, LSU will return of pair of experienced corners and Arden Key, which are not exactly the worst things to build a defense around. If the defense can find a couple DT's (and they may have LaCouture) and linebackers out of last years class, it could be decent.

The biggest loss offensively is Fournette but Guice and Williams are a pretty good pair of backs. Pocic is the other big loss but, with all the shifting around they have had to do this year, they will have allot of folks with a good bit of experience to put a line together.
