Hard to say with injuries ending and hampering so many NFL careers, but pass rushing DE get paid well, so Montgomery would be my #1 choice, with Mingo being #2. Collins and Faulk have a shot too.
Eric Reid will have the most successful NFL career IMO but safeties don't get paid as much.

Safetys have a tough time getting paid later on down the road unless your name is Troy Polumalo or Ed Reed
One Mingo/Sam are much more likely to get one more big payday than Reid
Mett has the highest earning potiential (key word) obviously though with Faulk right behind him if he can become a franchise Left Tackle
