he put Tebow in position to get hit all night.

get hit on the shoulder? yes

get sacked? not often

have to think? no. that's where he limited tebow

so he was just toying with those teams and could've put the hammer down at any time?

he just comes out conservative some games, and it shows. the biggest sign is the over-use of the dive play

how many times did we see THAT last night?

Um yea, I'm the only one here saying that LSU has problems. And was I not here before LSU lost? I'm confused, but I am honored that every time I post you jump in and say something to me.

Is that a joke since his QB had a concussion two weeks ago and was only cleared to play hours before the game?

how did he try to protect Tebow? If this were the case he would've played Brantley knowing that his D wasn't going to give up many points...

BAMA? I think you all are giving BAMA way to much credit. Ole Miss pretty much beat themselves with their turnover problems. Some were Jevan Snead's fault others were the receivers. Ole Miss showed that they can pass on this Bama defense and run the ball on them as well. Ole Miss shot themselves in the foot. The defense pretty much held Bama to field goals the entire game besides the one TD from Ingram. Even though, we struggle at quarterback we have better athletes than Ole Miss. Bama is not as great as you think. In my opinion, we are both similar and should be a good game.

I think everyone here knows the we have major problem on Offense but to suggest we kept it tight because Tebow was hurt is just plain stupid. He and CUM would have loved to gave us a behind the woodsheld arse whooping.

Really? No QB this year has a lower completion percentage in a game than Snead did yesterday. Mallet has the second worst, also against Alabama. Ole Miss had 19 yards of offense in the first half. They really did show that you can run and pass on them.

Some of you people just want to believe that LSU is horrible...even if the facts would imply otherwise.

What facts show otherwise? That LSU has the 109th best offense in the country?

The Bama fans on the SEC rant may be saying LSU is horrible but most here are not. A 9-3 or even an 8-4 team is not a horrible team. I can't help it if some here don't believe Tebow was somewhat limited last night or that we have a very young QB that is a limiting factor for the O's production.

I said "EVEN IF" the facts "WOULD" imply otherwise. I'm not saying that those facts exist.

Under NO circumstances would these people give credit to LSU for holding UF to 13 points.

There always has to be some underlying reason, b/c LSU sucks, and couldn't possibly straight up hold UF to 13 points.

God forbid our defense played well enough to keep them out of the endzone save one play

These posts are really absurd. When the LSU defense gets scored on, ppl say this is a horrible defense. However, when LSU holds a high-powered offense to 13 points, ppl say that Florida's offense is vanilla. This is BS. Florida try to bring what ever they could. Many times they were stopped, however, face mask penalties, lining up in the neutral zone, kept their drive alive. LSU beat themselves on some of these drives. If you look at the Stats year after year, Tebow pretty much struggles in Tiger Stadium. Plus, the departure of Percy Harvin is very much missed by the Florida organization. He was the difference maker. Florida has blown out everyone except the SEC teams. Just face it, they are not as high-powered as you think they are. Our defense played lights out!!!

See, here's my issue: How in the frick would you know this?

After all the attention that's been paid to this, and all of the doctors saying that he wouldn't play if he wasn't 100%, then what facts do you have to support the assertion that he was ANYTHING BUT 100%???

Can't we just say "Good Job, LSU D! You held UF and Jesus in Cleats to only 1 TD, despite being on the field for the entire game!"

No, it's GOT to be b/c CUM wanted the game to be this way
