I'm not familiar with how all of this works. I'm sure Alexander thinks he's done a wonderful job, but how does he get pushed out, and how soon can it happen?

I don't get the Alleva hate. He stood tall twice this year representing LSU. I understand that people are upset with choice of O as coach but when he starts winning games and he will they will realize that Alleva made the right choice. Geaux tigers

Well the first step is to get a job making a lot more money so that you can grow up to be more relevant than a dork on his computer crying about other men performing their talents.

This hire will define Alleva's legacy as AD. When it implodes, I don't see how he will survive it.

He is a scumbag that cowered like a little bitch at Duke when young men's lives were being destroyed by a nutcase, a scumbag DA, and liberal administration.

At LSU, he has a shockingly terrible track record in terms of making hires. This latest botched hire cemented his legacy as horrendous at LSU. Aside from hires, he also showed his arse again last year by leaving Miles twisting in the wind in November. That is the mark of a loser with no backbone.

He, along with Alexander, is a part of the problem.

Drain the swamp! Get rid of JBE, Alexander, and Alleva.

The real question should be how to get the president out.

If you lived in this state, you'd have to be politically involved, and not with just voting. You'd have to contact your legislator and stay on them regarding the direction of the university.

Apparently you know nothing about the mans professional ability to run a university.

Simple actually. Get elected Govenor and hand pick the Board of Supervisors thus allowing the only real influence in this situation. Otherwise stfu

You don't have the power, opportunity or access. Alleva, regardless of the opinions of this board, is a solid AD. His future is tied to Orgeron.
People need to step back and realize that Alleva did the right thing. He held his cards close to his vest and when he couldn't get the guy he wanted, he went to what he and the rest of the decision makers felt was the best alternative.
Miles had to go! Alleva saw this and acted.
We couldn't win a battle for Herman with Texas. Not in Alleva's control.
Alexander blew the only opportunity we had to get Fisher last year. That's on F. King
The other possibilities were lower tier. That's reality.

Oh I don't have access? That's cute. It's almost as if I acknowledged that in the OP.

The way he treated Miles by leaking rumors to the media last November should be viewed as despicable by everyone, regardless of his track record in hires.

This hire has F Kings fingerprints all over it. Just like last year with Miles buyout being too expensive as an excuse, he told Alleva to get O because he knew Hermann or Jimbo would cost 6mil+

King and little Joe are the perfect arse clown storm. King can't get out of the way from letting the coaching maket costs bear themselves out and Joe is not smart enough to counter that with even looking for a more obscure up-and-comer that would fit.

They deserve each other but we don't deserve either one. I am hoping and praying some horsepower gets sick enough of this shite that some moves get made regarding the two of them.
