Great accuracy and touch with enough arm strength to make all the throws.

I'm not sure you can pinpoint a definition but it's nice that he had the confidence to say it.

Probably a combination of things, but being accurate as most important.

By Harris' account he probably is referring to arm strength.

Any ways, it's about time we have some confidence. Yes, it needs to be backed up.. but it's a start. We have been missing confidence and "swag" for some time now.. especially at this position. I want my quarterback confident and almost cocky. Hope to see it all come to fruition.

If you make poor decisions all the arm talent in the world doesn't mean a thing.

generally speaking, throwing it the farthest.

fwiw, I've never really been overly impressed with Harris' arm. don't get me wrong, he's got a good live arm. but I guess I've been spoiled since it's not like LSU QBs have lacked for arm strength the last 15 or so years. Harris is on par with Ryan11 and a notch below Mett IMO.

I don't there's anything "almost" cocky about saying you have the best arm in college football. Unless you're Muhammad Ali, it's usually best to let someone else say how great you are.

It could mean one of two things:

1) Simply the strongest arm (A cannon)
2) The best passer. Overall best precision, accuracy, and strength.

I think he just means he has the strongest arm, and he may be right.

I think Harris' physical abilities when it comes to the QB position are elite. I think his statement is spot on.

He also admits he failed using his God given talents last year. I agree with that as well. Part was on LSU for not putting him in better positions to succeed.

With this offense I would prefer a Matt Flynn/AJ McCarron like game manager than a guy who will go out there and throw it 40 times a game.

What it means is that Harris has confidence which seem to rankle the shite out of the beer pong crowd.

I think you are probably over analyzing this....he is simply saying that he plans to be damn good this coming year.
