Personally, I am most thankful for Coach Les Miles.

- He has led LSU to a sole National Championship in 2 appearances. Saban only had a 1/2 of one here.

- He has led LSU to 2 SEC Championships in 3 appearances.

- He has a 78% winning percentage at LSU including 5 top 10 finishes and 8 top 20 finishes in his 10 years here.

- He always takes the blame and never throws players under the bus.

- He loves this state and city and is a great ambassador for us and the University. He is always a class act and respects other schools.

- He always gives quirky interviews which give us great publicity.

- He recruits incredibly well.

Thank you Coach Miles!

Thankful to be able to watch the team take the field for 12 or more games a season. The offseason is long and boring, and the regular season goes by fast.

I am thankful for one-receiver sets and the toss dive. Also, a huge fan of running into stacked boxes.

LSU and the experiences I've had there.

Tiger Stadium

All of the awesome times we've experienced over the past 15 years - and a select few during the 1990's.

The players who chose to attend and represent LSU.

The players who work hard (in the weight room, on the practice field, and in the classroom) to improve themselves and represent LSU.

Out of his control. What he did control was going 13-1, which is better than 12-2.

USC does not have the Crystal football from 2003, therefore, no split big guy.

LSU Flying a 2003 National Championship flag, not half a flag.

2003 All LSU, all Saban !!!! great year of football !!!

Loved it !!!!

He could have gone 14-0.

I'm thankful for all my non-LSU and non-sports fan friends who put up with me every Fall. Some of them even admit to checking LSU scores occasionally

So Saban needed to go undefeated while Les could lose two? They had no idea how the season would play out and the goal was to win every game, Saban did that better. Les had to rely on miracle after miracle to get into the championship game after he lost to Arkansas at home for the second loss that year. 13-1 > 12-2 Fact
