I agree on a few points. Disagree on one.
This was not a competition. It was Etling's job no matter what.

Yep, I checked and Texas is 2nd in overall to Harvard. When you go per student, Harvard is actually 3rd behind Princeton and Yale. Texas is way down the list per student.
