I was. If so, how many times have you topped that "Tiger electric feeling" since that game?

2000 Ga Tech - maybe sorta
2001 - SECCG - parts, maybe?
2003 - Justin Vincent 1st run - possibly
2005 - Miami - marathon version of 2000 Tennessee, to me
2007 Auburn - could be
2007 Florida - could be
2008 - anything this season was antithesis of it
2011 - many potentials...honeybadger alone

I was, was only 12 and a huge, huge, huge Florida Gator fan at the time. I didn't appreciate that game like I would now.

I was there. While there were plenty of other truly great games afterward, that one represents a little more because people started to believe we were building something big.

Despite losing to the late UAB the week before

Auburn '01...the postponed game from 9/11 weekend was pretty damn special IMO.
UGA 17-10 Mauck to Skyer Green is the game that said we had arrived IMO.

I was there. Definitely a great game. Was there for the '97 and '07 Florida games as well. Those were toppers in my book. I was at the Earthquake game, Bama game where we broke the streak and too many others to list in order of excitement. Needless to say, Tiger Stadium had so many games where I've left with no voice. Great times and many more to come.

I was there as a 13 year old with my dad. We ran on the field after and took some grass home that he planted in our back yard. It really took off amongst the centipede until the St. Aug from the neighbors yard took over everything. Incredible the difference in stadium atmosphere between that game and UAB the week before haha.

Was there, ran on the field after. Great game, very different times, I don't get that same feeling much anymore.

2003 Georgia, 2007 Florida, 2014 Bama right up there, but when Rohan broke loose on that early scramble, that's about as nuts as it had been in that stadium since '97 Florida.

Still '79 USC is the undisputed champ, and still nothing I've witnessed, and I've witnessed pretty much all the storied ones since...still nothing compares.

That was our first season in the lower bowl, finally got relocated from west upper, and that game was #2 for me, '03 Georgia takes the cake. That's the game where I went from expecting to blow a game to believing

No, I watched it in the hospital. My wife had just given birth to our first child. One of the few times I didn't mind missing a trip to Death Valley.

Interesting, for me those all were great atmospheres, but the USC game still stands out.

It was my first game . 03 Georgia and 07 Florida are my top 3. I wish 03 Georgia would've been at night. 01 auburn is probably #4

Indeed I was. Almost didn't go because I was still in agony from the disaster a week before. You can find me in the famous pic of the student section rushing the field that LSU used the next season for renewing tickets or something like that. Only games I've attended after, that would rival that feeling (didn't make the auburn game in 2001 to clinch the west and get pepper sprayed with my friends trying to take down goalposts again) are Georgia 2003 or Florida 2007. It was just different back then. I remember vividly, discussing how it was damn near impossible to win a NC. Seemed at the time that winning the SEC and a Sugar Bowl was the top of the mountain. Before winning it all and the expectations that come along with being an elite program.

Yes.
Bama that same year (hadn't beat them at home in 30 years)
Georgia 2003
Florida/Auburn 2007

Too many to remember.

knew the program was headed in the right direction. yea we just lost to uab, but given the way the previous two years ended was it really THAT big a shock?
