I had also read (don't remember where) that they spent a lot practice time running plays that were never implemented in games.

Hopefully, Coach O will have more game play reps.

Slack this kinda shores up the point about telling the players to go home and watch film as opposed to having time set aside.

Why does that matter for the oline? You have to block the play called

Umm. Well that explains a buttload. Scary.

watching it on your own time instead of sleeping, vs. coaches having guided film study sessions are two different things.

they seem excited about this change, and thought the old way was wrong.

Again, who to trust, you...or them?

The players said they had to watch film on their own in order to be prepared. But what's the point of that if the coaches aren't using the film to call the right plays?

Doesn't suprise me at all.

We look like a three ring circus on offense

I'm aware. But also only Etling stated this. And that is telling.

Trust about what? People are acting like they never watched film under Miles.

The article and the players are simply saying that O is emphasizing more of watching film, which I like, but let's not let this disingenuous narrative that the players never watched film under Miles start to develop, which I can already see happening

I know how much you love to embrace false information

Clapp and malone are the same person as Etling?

Keep trying to find that loophole apologist.

I'm having a hard time finding where they stated that had to watch film on their on time?

The product on the field supports very little was done under Miles

We didn't seem to recognize coverages, blitzes, or alignments.

I find it pretty hilarious that there are people that actually think the players didn't watch instructed game film at all.
It is pretty embarrassing that we have people like that in the fanbase but I am not surprised.

I highlighted the important part.

Maybe you'll be happy when Less finds a new school for you to follow.

Please keep your dumbassery relegated to felating Trump on the poliboard. This place has been much better in your absence.

That said, I doubt O had much involvement in the offense before, so a lot of this is likely coming from Ensminger. I can't believe someone with his experience had no real voice in the offensive meetings. Though likely just a bandaid, I'm glad he's on staff to help save the season.
