Just got back from the Dominican Republic for a vacation and had several people in the resort approach me regarding my LSU gear.

All of them were so happy we beat Bama so LSU did the college football world a huge favor. One Ohio st fan told me the bar he was at erupted as if OSU had won the game instead. He also told me every OSU fan is so confused to this day that Urban let Joe leave.

Felt great telling all of these college football fans that LSU fans are feeling GREAT about BK.

Safe to say the LSU brand and image are alive and well! Shout out to BK for putting us back on the map.

I get shout outs of "EHLZZZUU" daily when I wear my LSU polos, and I live in VB,VA. And by the way, this is predominantly from young black males. Just the demographic in terms of recruiting that LSU is targeting.

Five years ago took a trip to St. Lucia and had an LSU hat on. As soon as I hit the airport there one of the locals started pointing at my hat a yelling "LSU, I know you! LSU I know you!" Shook hands with him and have a good conversation. LSU ... we universal baw!!!!

I got married about 5 years ago and my wife has never been a big college football fan. She is originally from Virginia, but moved to Texas 20 years ago. I introduced her to the LSU life, tailgating, Home and away games. She loves the Tigers now.

She still freaks out because she is a SW flight Attendant and everywhere she flies throughout the Country she sees LSU fans.

She said you guys are everywhere.!

I saw someone wearing an LSU 2011 national champions shirt in the Philippines a few years ago. I didnt speak Tagalog and his English wasn't very good but I was willing to offer the guy 1,000 PSPs for the shirt but I showed him the LSU shirt I was wearing and all he could do was smile.

Yep. I’ve gotten Geaux tigers in DR and Mexico as well as all around south Florida when I’m sporting my tigers gear.

An old sales rep I used to work with and good friend came down for a couple LSU games a couple of years ago and has been converted to an LSU fan. He’s from the Chicago area.

He’s still in sales and travels a bunch and always sends me pics of when he meets LSU people around the country. Love seeing that stuff.

I always seem to get reactions from folks when wearing LSU gear while traveling. Was heckled by some Bama and Georgia fans in Chicago over the summer. Got stopped in the street in Vancouver last month by a guy talking about the LSU/Florida game for 20 minutes.

I was standing knee deep in the River Jordan on the Israel side and heard a faint “Geaux Tigers”. Looking around I finally spotted where it was coming from - about 200 yards down and across the river on the Jordan side.

If you’re over 30, you should only wear LSU gear on game weekends Fri-Sun. Not Mon-Thur except in the gym
