Need an offensive line to block for the running backs and protect the quarterback and knock the defense on their butts.

Id rather give Aranda the HC job over O. The real difference this year is him. He has turned a very sloppy lsu defense into the lsu beast defense we are accustomed too.

We need to stop giving games away. Happened at Wisconsin, Auburn and against Florida. Otherwise we're 9-1 today.

Had no enforcer on the OLine. Needed a difference maker at WR too. This offense is missing a skyler green, josh Reed, Trindon Holliday type player.
But then again you have to get that type of player in space and our offense doesn't believe in that.

Why is it when the Tigers win, its all about QB play but when LSU loses its the receivers, the o-line, play calling, etc.
Average QB play is the reason this team has 4 losses. Simply put. We have a top 5 defense and scored 0 points at home against a bama team that lost their signal caller on defense to injury the week before.

Exactly! Problem is that even with a new HC we still don't have a proven QB coming back or in next year. And for all those Brennan proponents he will most likely be a yr or two away from being on the field when he suits up.
I do look for him to be a better pass decision maker that anyone we are playing just because he has been doing for so long. Lindsey Scott is similar.
It seems to me that neither Etling or Harris has the command of the passing game to drop back and know where his receivers are going to be and to get the trigger pulled in time. So many of Etlings passes now are too late.

Yep, 2 of the three came down to the last play of the game, and the third probably was pretty close if not the last play. Problem is that none of them should have been that close.
