For the Cheerio's do you honestly believe that O was the best coach available? What has he done do make you believe that? O lost me after the Florida game last year so put me down as no in the Cookie Monster fan club.

So we just fire every coach every time they lose a game.... .... ... such a huge selection of great coaches the last time huh.... 2 of them used LSU for a better job and a pay raise..... seems like yesterday I was watching Nick Saban coaching @ LSU losing to ARKANSAS for a chance to win the SEC WEST and represent at the SEC CHAMPIONSHIP game.... oh, and remember that time in the capitol one bowl against IOWA when they to scored on a Hail Mary to beat LSU....yea, everybody was beating down the door to fire ole' NICK..... OH WAIT..... delusional....

They don't have an answer. It's all faith, which by definition is belief despite the absence of evidence. So technically this belief that O is a good coach can go on indefinitely because the facts don't matter.

No delusional is hiring a coach with a 3-21 conference record in the first place.

Saban did lose games his first year at LSU and Bama.

He was a proven coach though. You knew he could rebuild those teams.
With O you expect the opposite.

They compare him to Belichick. The delusion has been strong for a near calendar year now.

It's this reason then the "Hands Off" approach to coaching. I would love a job where I get paid not to do the job.

Easily my 2 favorite "come backs."

I still haven't seen TigerRee around, but his constant propping up of Freeze's opinion is number 3. Yeah because Freeze wants to make his division harder

decision makers don't react like some fans, that is a good thing. I remember after Saban went 6-6 in his first year Alabama fans were so negative on him that they would delete any negative comments on Bama message boards.

They were coming off a major probation period. LSU is not. Bama has jack squat for talent on that current roster. LSU is loaded with talent.

It's like comparing apples to a Mercedes Benz.

I'm not comparing O to Saban... all I'm saying is LSU is not the greatest place to coach a football team even though many a fans think it is.... you didn't have a great selection last time out and guess what, you won't the next time either....

Let that sink in.

We didn't even conduct a coaching search so how do you know who the frick the options were last year?

There are guys we could've gone after that would do well here. We've got a massive recruiting base and a lot of money to spend, settling for 5th place in the West is BANANAS
