I haven’t been listening on the radio but glad to see that Emily Ward has apparently gotten the color gig for the whole season. She did very well on a televised preseason game.

Reese is a poor shooter because she has terrible form/mechanics for the most part. Her other abilities rebounding and defending make her outstanding.
She needs to pick up her scoring in the 2nd half.

I guess there is a point where someone suffers with the “not enough balls on the court” syndrome in this offense and unfortunately, that is Mikaylah Williams. It is what it is, but while Reese is great at drawing fouls going back up with an offensive rebound, it would be nice to kick it out to Williams beyond the arc now and then.
Williams is not in a “slump.” We just run the offense 180 degrees away from her. After that 40-some point game early in the season, I never thought that would be the case.
