Watching Bama burn to the ground is quite enjoyable.

With every pint of kerosene that gets thrown on the fire my grin gets bigger and bigger. F the gumps. No self respecting coach is stupid enough to enter that shite sandwich no-win situation, no matter how much money they dangle.
Burn baby burn

But I was told by Josh Pate that coaches would be lining up to take this job

No need for the line, they've already got their guy

did i miss something? are their championship banners coming down? did they lose 40+ guys to the portal from the 23 team? are they guaranteed to lose 5 games this year?

Someone told them no and they are hurting

They have the opportunity to do the funniest thing in the whole world... Hire Billy Napier

Feels like Saban left them with some rough options

frick Bama, but I don't see anything close to Bama burning down atm. It's literally been less than 24 hours since Saban officially retired. I am sure they had a list of coaches they're going through and will settle on someone soon. How is that burning down?

They are finished Chad.

It's been less than a day. LSU fans will overreact to literally anything about Bama.

Careful. I remember laughing in 07 when no one would take the job. Then it got very unfunny.
Gonna be a brutal job for whoever takes it though no question.

To be fair this isn’t a representation of any normal functioning LSU alum in the real world
Anyone with a little more than a pulse can notice it hasn’t even been 24 hours .

I just dont care about em that much. Saban retired. He is the best college football coach around, and possibly all time. No matter who steps in they are weakened.

Whoever takes this job will come in to a situation much better than most other jobs they could take.
Saban is the reason Les Miles has a national title to his name.

I don't think they are burning to the ground quite yet
If they hire a good coach, they will roll for at least a couple more years.

It resonates with LSU fans because, we too were dumped for Miami.
This was no normal retirement with a parade and celebration. It was peace out, bitches!
LSU fans remember that feeling.
