There are seven
quote:

think about this, you're basically implying that that you can manage a college pitching staff in the post season better than Dunn and CPM .. that's pretty hilarious

There are seven other teams in Omaha whose #2 starter will be pitching.......with the possible exception of Oregon St. and that's a legal matter......Why didn't PM and Dunn do what they did? There's no excuse for a pitcher to get hurt this way. Now our season's ruined.

Get hurt what way?

And by the way, Oregon State's #2 starter is pitching.

Over react much?

Oh man. Our season is ruined because our potential second starter has a sore arm?

He may still start.
This could be gamesmanship
This could be the end of the season for Walker
Walker could come out and in game two and throw a perfect game in 27 pitches.
It could be that walker was sore because he hadn't thrown in awhile.

He hasn't pitched in awhile.

Injuries often decide outcomes.

I would like poche game 2.
Its an emotional thing.

Re walker soreness:
I pitched some. I needed to pitch often enough to have control.

Is this positioning for the start of excuses if needed?

This thread's about Walker, our #3, not Poche, our #2.

Elbow soreness after Tuesday bullpen

It was commented on a thread yesterday that he hurt his arm in a simulated game on Tuesday....would love to know if he hurt it in bullpen or in a game? If in a game how many innings?

What in the actual frick?

This is one of the dumbest threads I've read since the "we shouldn't try and get a national seed" thread.

Maybe this is all gamesmanahip... Give CPM an excuse to not announce whether he's starting a LHP or RHP until the last second.

Make the opponent scout both.
