JJ has a nice car

From what I've heard, his parents aren't exactly hurting in the income dept. His schollie is nice and all, but they could afford LSU's tuition if he weren't an athlete. As they're not paying for college tuition (though they're maybe ponying up for the lawyer given compliance noises), I expect they can afford a nice car for their son.

That's just crazy - all for a fight? Just doesn't make any sense to me.

is taking all that "evidence" necessary?!

It has been alleged that Jefferson kicked the victim.

A search warrant was executed on his home to find possible evidence of that allegation.

It has been reported that a DNA sample
was taken from Jefferson.

Assuming that Jefferson owns more than one pair of shoes, I wonder what could possibly be in all that bags of evidence seized from inside his home.....

Hmmmm

A bar fight in a college town results in that much evidence? Jesus.

don't you think these efforts would be better served elsewhere? There are thousands of people in this city with expire inspection stickers and your guys are worrying about a bar fight...

One shoe is in each bag.

You guys have this wrong. It's not bags of evidence - that's just how many pairs of shoes he has.

It proves they have zero proof that he's the one who kicked the guy on the ground and broke his vertebrae. Unfortuantely, someone on the team did

Stone seems like a real piece of work. Really trying to keep himself in the headlines with some of the remarks he makes. Is he a douche IRL or what?

As Speedy has said before, everyone's first response is to claim the police shouldn't be looking at the violation they are guilty of but the more serious ones.

Not sure what the saying was, but the thief blames the rapest, the rapest blames the murderer, etc. Someone responded that traffic tickets don't belong with the rest (the topic was cops wasting time checking inspection stickers), but id argue that 2nd degree battery does belong in that 'violent crimes' area.

After watching that video of the kid getting punted in the face, i don't know how anyone has the audacity to say this is a waste of police resources.
