Are you shitting me? BRPD is going to process that much damn evidence over a fight that did not involve a long term medical stay. This is getting beyond stupid. Charge everybody with Simple battery and move on.

Maybe JJ had the foresight to buy a bunch of donuts for the police, and the bags are just the extra ones that they're bringing back to the station for their fellow officers.
