No. This is what happens when you have a state that understands higher education and only has eight 4-year schools with only two of them (Utah and Utah State) being research institutions.

And the Mormon Church has a university with 30,000 students.

Louisiana has 50 percent more people than Utah, and they have 4 schools as big as or bigger than LSU?
