If we drop that stupid game, and play a normal rotation with the east teams, none of this would be an issue because next year we could just go to USC instead of them coming here.

Yep, because then every year someone would be playing 5 home games and 4 away games, or vice versa. So it really wouldn't matter.

Imbalance of home and away games would still screw that up. Gotta be 4 and 4

Eta: unless you're talking about going to 9 games.

shite, where are we supposed to tailgate?

Surrounding the sidelines. Similar to parents that go to soccer games.

Only way 9 SEC games can be truly fair is if every team is involved in an annual neutral site conference game like UGA-UF or A&M-ARK.

EVERYTHING is contingent on not disrupting the vaunted Third Saturday in October, Bama vs. Tenn. game, which is the most sacrosanct date and setting in the history of human civilization.

Would be kinda cool. What would we do? Ole Miss or State in NOLA? Someone is always going to be closer.

Nope, because Alleva hates titties.

Looks like I'm going to have to wait 11 years to complete my SEC stadium tour :/

Weren't we supposed to play in Columbia in 2013 and the schedule got shuffled and we played in Athens instead?

Yep. Georgia was good that year and Bama didn't want to play them, so things got switched around.

I agree.

Ones that makes sense:

LSU-A&M in Houston and/or Dallas
ARK-MIZ in STL
OM-State in Memphis
Tennessee-Vandy in Titans stadium
UGA-UF as usual
Bama-Auburn back to B'ham
Kentucky-SCar in Charlotte

They don't constantly bitch and complain and just deal with the fact that schedules aren't always going to make every fanbase happy

They don't let 4 schools dictate what happens to the other 10
