Word going round he may be out for the season. Like what happened to Faulk, it will eventually come out if that is the case. Personally I don't think he is out for the year, but I don't have any inside info.

I bet that is the case. Miles is always vague when discussing injuries, but I have a feeling when he said "several weeks", it means that Blue is done for the season.

Heard it pretty serious, was seen leaving field on crutches Saturday night putting anywhere from no weight to a lot of weight on his leg. Hang on, just do a search and there is thread that discusses everything from career ending surgery, every ligament torn in knee or just a bruise.

At what point in the game did he go down?
If it was late and the win was already assured, then what the hell was he still doing in the game to begin with?

Not on the two this year who actually were season-ending, Chris Faulk and Travin Dural. He came right out and said so.

...so I believe him for now when he said Blue will be weeks and not out the whole year.

Would it really have been any better to substitute Hilliard and have him get hurt. Or Michael Ford. Or Spencer Ware. Or Jeremy Hill. Which one, in your opinion, should have been in the game risking an injury. Or would you have preferred we hand the ball to JC Copeland every down? What if he sustained an injury.
Come on. Somebody had to be in the game.

his injury looked pretty bad. I don't think he's back any sooner than 6 weeks or so with that lick he took right on his knee considering the position he plays.

It's obviously not a tear IMO or we would have already heard officially that he's done for the year. My best guess is that it's a severe sprain/bruise and he'll be out a month or so.
