It was excessive celebration, I believe.

He interacted by slapping hands with a fan during the celebration, i.e. "Orlandeaux Leap".

It was the same touchdown thing that they've done all your long.... Kinda mimicking breaking something over their knee.... I repeat it is been done all your long and not flagged

The celebration he has with D Will? The flag was before that

The ref announced he high fives someone in the stands "no crap"

When they had the shoving match at the forty and threw the flag then picked it up the ref announced that it was excessive shoving but not a personal foul

5 minutes of dancing and choreographed high five routines is what happened.

Was surprised to see all the unsportsmanlike penalties (3?) for stupid dancing.

He high fived fans. The flag was dropped before the dance.

It was for interaction with the stands. it was just a high five but that is the rule. It's a dumb rule but it is the rule. one of those situations where you can't blame the ref have to blame the rule.

or you can also blame the ref for choosing to call it. that particular penalty is not always called when it happens. Fournette did it against Ole Miss

I still remember the first time I saw the penalty called for high fiving fans. Skylar Green had a put return vs Arizona, and his momentum took him to the wall. He nonchalantly high fived a couple of people and the flag came out.
