Top 3 guys you are most worried about starting

1) Still has to be the guy playing QB. Until he can prove that he can be consistent then he worries me a bit.
2) Anytime you replace an All-American middle linebacker with a guy who has played 1 game in the last 20 months, had 2 tackles in that game, and has a total of 7 tackles in his career... You should be at least a little worried.
3) Lastly, I guess (if I had to pick 3) it would be the PK position though LSU typically just has another guy step up when someone leaves.

missing the point a handful of posts later

If your point is that a suspension is a suspension no matter what the circumstances then no I'm not missing it, I just think that's absolute bullshite and I refuse to go along with it.

Failing classes regardless which athlete in any sport, is something that happens everyday.
Failing multilipe drug tests is a conscious decision a player makes with the attitude of basically FU I do what I want.

Not even close to same thing.
It's sad some you of equate the two.

He got owned in the spring game against a walk on center. And when he played against Clemson was beaten alot.

Welter at MLB def seems to be the weakest spot on our D.

We will just have to wait and see what happens at that spot. I just dont see him holding onto the starting MLB spot considering the talent we have at LB.

1. Welter - for same reasons as most.

2. Tahj Jones - undersized at 205. Kwon has 15- 20 lbs on him.

3. Hawkins - just for inexperience sake. Probably will do fine.

4. Ronald Martin - the whole secondary is going to be tested early and often.

Whoa there cowboy! You think failing to keep up your academics is a lesser different sin of choice? These guys have the red carpet rolled out for them in tutors, excused absences (hence time delays on deadlines), class choices, etc. Do you think these guys who fail classes did not know they were failing? Instead of bookin it they chose to go chase tang or play Call of Duty...

Pass me that bong Pahdner!

Clearly failing 10 drug tests then getting arrested after the possibility was still available to return the next year = failing classes.

You smart.

So we got a guy smoking weed but passing classes, starting at his position, sparking comebacks in back to back top 12 opponents, and a heisman candidate in Tyrann. Then we got a guy who has failed classes for no real reason and wasn't even on the two-deep at his position til his senior year.

Both were 3 stars, both came in the same year, both had the same opportunities. One will be an NFL star and the other.....let's see.

I'm more disappointed in Welter for not doing anything than Tyrann for just smoking weed. TM7's play was a big part of getting to the championship game.

TIGERLEE hates on Tyrann Mathieu so much because he let his team down because he was suspended and all that. Well, Welter was also suspended for a season too, but he loves him.

we all know the real reason for that, though.

Welter has been unnoticeable in the minuit minutes he's played in his 3 years and he sucks from all spring games and guys who go to a few of the scrimmages see the same thing. He is a PRACTICE warrior and I don't mean exhibition action. He must just be an outspoken guy who does all the right things in drills and knows his schemes. When this guy gets on the field though, he's a complete disappointment.
