None of these are as important as Lacouture.

Bayoubengal I get what youre saying. And all those 18 freshman that played against UNC week 1 were here for the entire summer and fall camp. RR isnt even here yet and hasnt done anything with the program. And he might not even be here til next week. So he could possibly be here week 2.

And, hes 6'3 165lbs. Thats a toothpick. Hes coming in late. Redshirt him, let him get caught up at his own speed with no rush. Let him bulk up. Learn the playbook. Then you have an animal for next season. Again, we dont even know what kind of player he is yet. Nodody in the program has seen him practice yet! And were loaded at DB right now. Just like we were when Jalen Collins came. We RS him, then he became a crucial part of our D as a redshirt freshman and is now the full time starter as a redshirt sophomore.

I mean yall are talking like RR is already going to be 1 of our top DBs. He could in the future. But, hes not even here yet. We play saturday.

Lmao we understand that. Even you said it. if hes ready by week 8, play him! there's still 5 more games after that, when we start to sag, added depth at the back end of sec is very needed. YOU PLAY WHO GIVES YOU THE BEST CHANCE TO WIN.

Not the point. Most of you people just think something and start believing that its true. But the fact is, you dont know. Hell i dont know, but if he comes in and can play, he will play. The thread is who are you excited about, i answered the question.

YES. And RR being in the program for 6 weeks isnt a guy that gives us the best chance to win. The guys that have been in camp and been at practice and the guys the coaches know and have seen go up against SEC talent. Those are the players that gives us the best chance to win.

Beckwith
Bower
Tre White

Honorable Mention - Desean Smith

Why in the world would anyone want to see Jennings in this game? That would generally mean that Mett is hurt. It could also mean we are blowing them out by 35 pts in the 4th qtr which would be sweet, but that's about the only scenario. Any other scenario with Jennings in the game is not good for LSU.

Because you know what the kid is or isnt capable of doing. You probably never even coach peewee. This kid is hyped up to come in and be ready, with camp, or without. ITSNOT IMPOSSIBLE, dumbass.

Dude... you really are a dumb poster. I said I dont know what kind of player the kid is. Neither do you. But, not being in camp with the other players hurts him and puts him behind them. I dont get how you dont see that... Plus, Tre White was more "hyped up" than RR was and hes been here. The other players that have been in camp have gone up against SEC players. RR hasnt.

This kid comes in hyped up with or without camp?? Really?? He can join the team a week or 2 into the season and not have a college workout or practice, and hes gonna come in and play against SEC competition?? Right.

Did i ever say its impossible?? No. Considering the kid isnt here, we play on saturday, and hasnt had a college workout, let alone a practice, its very likely he will be getting the redshirt.

dnm3305, this guy has no idea what hes talking about. Calling me a dumbass for saying a guy thats going to show up a week or 2 into the season will get a redshirt.. Which is probably whats going to happen. But, hes the 1 thats saying RR comes in hyped up and doesnt need camp and will show up and be 1 of our top CBs. Right

. Youre a fool if you think a guy fresh out of high school, that is 6'3 165lbs, can walk in to LSU, "DBU" as Mattyice likes to refer to it, without workouts or practice, and become 1 of our top CBs in just a few weeks.

I never said he'll be a top db by the end of season.
I said he can contribute.
If he can contribute, then he will be played.
you and me both have no clue what he is capable of doing.
He may show up and prove himself in practices.
He may not.
If he is expected to be 3 and gone, regardless a true junior or rs sophomore, then there is no sense of red shirting him.
Read it slowly. Six weeks of practicing is more than enough time to judge if a player is ready.
If its special teams or as a role player on defense, this is the one kid that i feel has special ability along with bower when it comes to the 2013 signing class.
We all have valid points whether yoy choose to realize it or not.
As for the dumbass part, no hard feelings, just dont think you understand what im stating.

I hope Beckwith develops fast and can play MLB this year, like by mid-season. Welter is going to get exposed against SEC teams
