If you aren't 110% all about being an LSU Tiger please don't come back next season. If you are a potential signee reading this, come here because you want to be here. Its time for a purge, let's gut the team of people who aren't all about this program. We are tired of being subjected to talented players who find any reason to quit or complain.
Once you sign on the dotted lines on signing day, that should be be an agreement between you and the school that you will give your all for 3-4 years. Show up to practice, play in every game you can, and do your best. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. And well of course we have seen the true character of many of these guys revealed.
Devin White was in tears when he made the decision to leave. He was also a top 5 pick WHO PLAYED IN THE BOWL GAME. That man was and is LSU through and through. Seems to me that LSU has been too focused on talent instead of dedication, passion, and commitment to a common team goal. We have preached to players that you can be in the NFL in 3 years if you come here. While not untrue, this is attracting guys more worried about getting hurt or not getting enough touches.
We are SICK AND TIRED of these types of prospects. How about this, come here because you want to be here. Come here because you would be proud to put on the purple and gold. Play with purpose and pride and I can guarantee you NFL teams will notice you. We welcome the super talented, but can not and will not support people more worried about the name on the back of the uniform than what's on the front of it.

This shite works both ways. You can’t expect a recruit to stay expecting to play in a certain scheme that matches their talent and then then the next season you change the scheme for no reason but to hire a bad coach. That will impact their playing time, performance, and future. It isn’t about pride at that point. It is about doing what is right for your career bc lsu may ruin it.
