Rare indeed but,If other schools can find and land them I would have to believe LSU could also.

When was the last time we had a bigtime stud left handed arm?
Mestepey? Seems like forever.

From what I've seen of Reynolds, he's not close to ready for a weekend spot.

That's not a knock on him, but you have to look a little bit deeper than the results against mid-week competition.

I thought Mccune was intended to be our 3rd starter until he got injured?

Reynolds has better stuff but lacks experience. Wouldn't mind seeing him get a shot at home next weekend.

Unless he had the same injury last year and he's now fully healed, I don't think he's in the weekend rotation.

I didn't see the game, started listening to it in the 4th inning (so I basically missed all the action). But one of the things I like that Dunn and PM do is give the pitcher the opportunity to work himself out of a jam.

It's obviously a risk, and can go against you, like it did today. But we'll need him to be able to do it later this season, so giving him every opportunity now is paramount.

I agree with you, but not when you walk 2 and hit 3 batters in the same inning.

That's not the rule, but thanks for trying.

The redshirt rule is simple. If you play, you can't redshirt. There is no allowance for how much time you play. If i'm wrong, can you please tell me which player has ever played and redshirted in the same season?

I posted this in another thread, but I'll post it here too since you guys are talking about him. Look for Sewald to pitch Tuesday.

Reynolds throws hard but he leaves the ball up and he did against Tulane as well, SEC will rip that.
Glenn gives you some deception when in control.
The way Glenn has pitched at home he will start against UK.
