She’s the poster child of a 40-22 regional exit coach

Who's the replacement?

(I'm not saying that we shouldn't... just legitimately wondering who is a potential candidate from those who follow the sport closer than I do.)

She has a top 3 facility in the country and is creeping on a decade of not having lsu in the discussion.

Maybe you’re just not paying attention :)

Who’s even a big game coach that we could snipe from someone? Have no clue about the softball landscape

We don’t seem to have many level headed fans on here for sure. Half are whiners and the other half is sunshine pumpers!

Her players seem to love her, as well as some of the die-hard softball fans...but how's that old saying about "keep doing what you've always done and you'll get what you always got".
It's time to move on, Woodward! Let's get us a more energetic head coach that can bring some life into this stagnant program.

Go get Oklahoma State’s coach and he’ll have us in the World Series next season with our recruiting classes.

If he's shown anything in his few years, there is no one else you want leading your coaching search. If he wants a better coach, he will go get them.

It is the same every year now, an average low energy team that cannot compete at the top..
Rinse and repeat …

We need new coaching blood , HC and assistants !

Wanting to make a change for a clearly stagnant program under a coach who's been here over a decade is being spoiled?

Kenny G is outstanding. Florida has really gone downhill since he left and Roach went to OU. Not that they are a terrible program now but there is a marked drop off since they left

It’s been time to fire her. If she were the coach of any other of our sports, and getting the same results, people would have called for her head a long time ago. It’s been weird to not see many people complaining about her. We have all the resources and then some, to be a top softball program. Time to see how good we can really become.
