This team is limited by our inexperience at QB, the OL's inexperience with each other, the new defensive schemes. Learning to play instinctivly in a new defensive scheme takes a little time.

If you idiots could ace your tests as well as our LSU Tigers do on the field, we would be known as the Harvard of the south.

The quality of the coaching is not the problem either.

Although I think we are going to get on the right track I just think Malveto did more harm to the squad than we anticipated. The Defense was there to make a play it was just that they could not wrap.

You are right, those jokers from last year dug a hole so deep that now our guys are still slowly trying to get out. It will take time, but the way the SEC is looking this year, we might not have much of it.

YNot very bright are you Coker and fulmers Recuiting classes started going down every year. Miles has Talent but you are one of those idiots that think you have to blow out everyone you are better than. Do some research about foorball you don't blow everyone out. Oh yes we were 8-5 last year with a fricking freshman moron. I agree the wrong hire was made last year for DC, but he went out and got a good coordinator. But since we have played one fricking game let throw them upder the bus. Get a fricking clue!!! We have played one game this year! how bout You and people like you stay you arse home or better yet go root for Bama! Miles went out and higher one of the best Def coordinators in the Sec and he coached one game. Maby we should bench all our Defense and put the rantards in since they are so good at everything!

Excellence?? Really......wow.

Have they won there conference since he's been there?

A NC?

OSU will be a 2nd Tier school because it's just the way it will be.....OU will always run that state.

Ok maybe not excellence. Point was that OSU is a drastically better program and now is recieving much more respect on a national level.

OSU boosters have not been secretive about believing Les was part of the problem.

Look not a flame, I'm simply bringing up a valid concern being that you guys are convinced that Les does no wrong and there is beginning to be a small army formed who sound like they vowed allegiance to him.

I don't talk negatively about our school, but goodknight I believe in accountability.

Everygame we suit up, I'm behind Miles.
At some point when he keeps making bonehead decisions it comes to an end. Every game this season I will support our staff, but after a bad game he deserves criticism if he did a poor job. Also at the end of the season if we have 4-5 losses I want to shop. That's a long way a way and i hope it never gets to that point, but I recognize after the poor performance we had last week that it's a realistic possibility.

But you are saying that Miles made OSU intimidating? No offense, but that is laughable. At the time Miles was there No one was shaking In their boots on a National Scale. Plus he did improve the program and then appeared to plateau. It took Gundy to bring it to excellence.

Uh.....and the millions of dollars from T. Boone Pickens!

Look! The jury is still out on how the TIGERS will do this season. As of now I don't have much confidence in the defense, and that trend of weak coverage by LSU LB's has been going on since the middle of the 2007 season. LSU has had 3 different DC's in the past 3 years, but I have to believe that Chavis will solidify the current porous defense hopefully before the season ends. For all the "Saban Lovers" out there don't forget the 2002 and 2004 seasons after the great success of the 2001 and 2003 seasons. I've been an LSU fan for over 50 years and the TIGERS have never enjoyed such a run of success (9+ years) in the football program in its entire history. I am a Les Miles fan and I believe he is the right man for LSU. There is nothing more distasteful to me than LSU loosing games, but again I believe Les Miles is the right man. IF someone can name someone and get them hired who can do a better job at LSU and not miss a beat of consistent success how can I not be for it. I doubt that you can. All I can say to the "Saban Lovers" and "Nay Sayers" is go pull for ALABAMA and FLORIDA. In your world those teams can do no wrong. "EVER"?

Pickens was there while Miles was the coach....
In fact he had a few things to say when Miles left.

Look I'm with you, I'll support this team till the very end of the season, but at that time If the end result is "mediocre" then I believe there are quiet a few options out there that would be able to do very well at LSU.

And the decline in these stats will continue because Saban's players are GONE. And there were idiots like you who would still be defending Hallman as you are defending Les Idiot Miles.

What have you done for me lately?

7-8 in SEC last 15 games and should be worse with lucky wins over MISS ST. and UGA. We have become the middle of the pack or even worse in the SEC. We can only beat subpar SEC teams, and when we beat them, we don't blow them out like BAMA does. BAMA has set the bar with SABAN and if we can't match it with our coaches, then we need to find someone out there who can. FACT

You can cite all of the facts that you want. Most LSU fans are looking at the SLIDE that's occurred the last two years with loads and loads of talent at his disposal. Miles statement that this is the best offensive line that he's had since being at LSU is laughable at best. They are most likely the worst! Our Offensive stats this year are ABOMINABLE with the talent. Miles is an "offensive" guy by his own admission. The offense is horrific! 5 losses last year and likely 4 this year as we've lost the 3 top running backs with Keiland's injury (Scott & Murphy), does not look good for the future of LSU football going forward. Nobody is looking at the first few seasons, Miles did a good job with the talent, but these last two seasons are unacceptable for LSU football. We CANNOT slip back into mediocrity and that is what we as fans are seeing with Les Miles these past two years. The UNBELIEVABLY BAD clock management skills alone have cost us several wins and almost cost another at Georgia this year. He just isn't the sharpest tool in the woodshed which you need to be when you're coaching against the likes of Meyer, Saban, Petrino, etc. The competition is too stiff to just go on instinct and ignore the intricacies of the game which often can be the difference when you have equal talent on the field. Miles mismanagement cost us the game yesterday, we all know it. We are sliding down into mediocrity once again and it's time for big changes. It's likely that Miles won't get fired this year due to the huge payout he would be owed. If that's the case, he's got one more year to get us back to where we should be and if not, he must go. 8 or even 9 wins without a shot at SEC titles and the national championship are now unacceptable at LSU, and they should be.

You dumbass Miles can recruit players but he coaches like shite. What's the good of having a good player when they get here they are not coached better.

And you talk about bowl games, he plays the worst teams in bowl games, Ohio St., ND, Georgia Tech (when you figure out the option it's an easy win). If watch the game-to-game management, it is a load of shite.

In 07 he had a 5thyr senior QB he had a 4thyr QB in Russell. if your getting paid 4 mill to get this team at least a 10-2 team every year and you don't, then you are not worthy to be here,

frick all that other shite, we should when 10 games a year with the quaility of recruits and the amount of money we pay this pot luck stew of assistants and coordinators

To be fair, Saban should be given credit for his Bama record in same conference. This would include two secw championships and I don't need to mention Saban's SEC win record this season or last do I?

So, If you choose to hide behind statistics, chew on Miles' SEC record over the past two years. Chew on the Offense Ranking, and try not to let the stats blind your eyes.
