South Carolina set the prices. This is a win/win for them. They make the same amount of money as they would selling double the tickets for half the price, but this puts fewer LSU fans in the stadium to cheer when the cocks are on offense.

What is the appeal of the upper south end zone? Die hards who want to keep their own seats with chairbacks?

There is no appeal, they just wanted to add more suites, and added more seats along with it. Never sat there but have sat in similar seats in other stadiums (like BD) and they were awful.

That ticket map is a little misleading. Not much of anything has sold in the south endzone. The light purple in the upper south is because their only selling the 1st 6 rows. Its going to look pretty pathetic on tv having both endzones pretty much empty.
