Curious to see what LSU fans think. I believe CSS and company coached an amazing game last night.

Which coaching staff do the LSU fans think did a better job?

On that first drive, the screen pass on the all-out blitz on 3-and-12 was a great call.

Prepare to be flamed...A lot of these guys are already hanging our staff out to dry.

Half of TD wants to burn Chavis at the stake.

I think your coaches definitely did a great job with your guys. I am eager to see how you all fare the rest of the season.

Overall your coaches did better. But when we needed the scores, the pass plays Crowton dialed up pretty much left you speechless.

But what is the word about the reason you guys played like that last night? Obviously, you didn't play the way you could have, and that worked out great for us.

But, was it do to coaching, or other X factors (environment, time change, etc).

sark stomped a mudhole in miles as far as coaching goes. If the talent on the field was switched washington would have sailed away with the game.

all of your coaches out coached ours

everyone seems to be loving these lame excuse. its been like this for a while its one thing or another that makes LSU not live up to its hype. always some perfect storm.

it was coaching last night sark had his boys ready to play. les and chavis were happy with sight seeing

It doesn't really matter. I hate when teams say, "we lost because of x, y, and z". Sometimes the better team wins.

So, while we did win in the end, I don't want to take away from the good coaching and playing that Washington did. Good game, and I think ya'll are going to be a powerhouse in the Pac 10 in the years to come. I agree with the poster who said we'll see this game in a different light in a few weeks after the Huskies get some games under their belt with the new coaching staff.

Too many are focusing on the Huskies' last season to see this for what it was. A tough road game with a tough opponent.

The one that won the game. You play to win the game.

I do think UW has a bright staff and future. See ya in 2012

Washington really did have a good gameplan. We blitzed well on the first drive, but UW had the right calls at the right times to burn us. After that, blitzing multiple people came few and far between. Sark and Co. were really fired up on the sideline, and I love to see that from coaches. I think whenever you have a coach who looks like he's in the game, it motivates your team, or at least keeps their spirits high. Les and Chavis kind of just stood around the entire game with a lethargic feel to them, which is odd because Les is usually pretty animated.

All things being equal... probably Washington.

If Locker can lead drives without having to use his legs, UW will be a dangerous team in the Pac-10 this year.

yall's defensive coordinator was pissed off the entire game. I wish chavis was more like that last night.

On another note, Washington played very well last night. Ya'll have a bright future ahead. Beat the Trojans in 2 weeks!

good question. I don't think we'll really have a good idea for another few weeks. KC.

wow. you didn't watch the game. it was a legit question and you answered it like that. it wasn't about the W in this case. we were out-coached or wash has more talen on O than we do on D? Which do you say it is? We gave up nearly 500 yds last night.

some seem to think its ok for our talent to under perform and we should just be happy with a w vs a team we are clearly better than. Anyone that thinks leslie and chavis outcoached sark is a major homer

No I watched just like you did padnah. The goal again is to win the game. You can take whatever view you choose to take.

I say that you've never played in a competition in your life if you don't think that somethings will be successful, some won't be successful, from both coaching staffs. Let the OP have his moral coaching victory , as a fan I'll take the W
