There are 2 seats next to one of my current pairs, and I want to relocate tickets from the same section to those available seats, but the ticket office says I need to "wait my turn." This is driving me crazy because I don't know if they will be available when my time slot is open. Please let a long time ticket holder get his tickets side by side!!!

I hate to be the one to break this to you, but I will. The LSU ticket office doesn't give a frick about you.

I've been waiting many years for my wife and 2 kids to be able to all sit together. It's time for the ticket office to get some common sense.

If you want to sit with your whole family, I'm sure there are many options for you available in either upper deck.

What do you mean they need to get some common sense? Why should you have priority over people ahead of you in line? Typical libtard

Or sell all his belongings and get a suite. Then he and his wife and kids can all sit together.

If you don't make it, ask if the other people would be willing to trade with you.

Because making me happy won't prevent the person in slot #1 be happy also. If I have 2 tickets in row 8 and 2 tickets in row 13 of the same section, and the seats directly next to my 2 in row 8 are open, then moving my 2 in row 13 next to my other 2 makes sense. If the person in slot 1 would take the seats in row 8, but not row 13, then that person moving up 1-4 rows isn't relevant. However, is that person is moving from one of the upper decks, he will be equally happy with row 13 as row 8.

What if he thinks row 13 is unlucky? I've heard people with tickets in that row are having trouble moving their seats.

I'll just use this thread to ask a question I've been curious about, rather than making a new thread. If I'm interested in season tickets, but know I couldn't afford them this year or maybe even next, what's the best course of action? When the "waiting list" comes up again next year should I get on it? What about the point system? How important is it to make donations? I figure pretty important. What kind of donation do you even have to make to get a respectable number on "the list?"

The term "waiting list" is a misnomer. It's not a true waiting list as it gets purged every year. If you don't plan on buying tickets in the current year, don't pay the $10 for the waiting list. Your money is best served donating to TAF.

If you are dividing your money between TAF donation and a "savings" account for tickets, put at leat $100 towards TAF. You get 1 point for a $50 donation plus the dollar level points. You get 3 points for a $100 donation plus the dollar level points.

How do you know the ticket holder on the other side, or near your desired pair isn't looking to do the same?

And the new, fully online process is great in that you may be able to move your two pairs to 4 together nearby.

Because I'm the only one bitching. Plus there's another pair available on the other side of the next 2 seats.

So basically you're initial $50 "donation" to TAF gets you a membership or account and you just donate to that account over the year?
