Yes I know about supply and demand but they are artificially inflating the market

Apparently you DON’T know about supply and demand if you think they can ARTIFICIALLY inflate the market. Either the demand exists at that price point or it doesn’t.

Refresh yourself. LSU is going to be the hottest ticket by far. Therefore the most expensive to get. How is it artificially inflated?

If someone buys it at that price then how is it manipulated? Why would the seller just decide to sell it for less?

I bought within minutes of gametime being announced for $200 apiece. The only seats in that section left now are $630.

If there is actual additional supply, then those not willing to pay the current price will wait and they’ll have to come down to a price they are willing to pay. It’s still not artificial. If the demand is there at the price for the current supply, it will sell.

Dude everything is expensive and given the excitement around our roster/team, these tickets are going up in price.

I wish I could double upvote basic economics.

But it's a LA heavy board, so I couldn't expect much.

Add in that even the primary ticket vendors themselves are using demand based pricing. Who is shocked people from an Alabama zipcode aren't buying tickets at prices LSU or Wake fans will?

Everything you do on the web (or in an app) collects information about you, and sends that data to every (as an example) ticketing website whenever you visit it. They know how desperate you are as soon as you get there. Use private windows and tracking blockers to give yourself a decent shot.

On Seatgeek, in a Private window on Brave, there are tickets for ALL rounds of games between ELEVEN dollars and $140.

Lol

If you’re seeing tickets for LSU’s games at $11, then you should be buying them up and selling for $170
