who do we want to see JJ trot out there tonight?

I'd like to see Bucknam but Jay will probably pick Hellmers or Little

Coleman if he’s available would be ideal. If not then Herring.

Coleman or Herring. But if I were CJJ I would throw Holman.

It wont be Little or Helmers unless we really are conceding game 1 which is stupid. I only remember seeing Helmers pitch one inning, but he did have some new good movement on his fastball.

You guys are fooling yourself that Arkansas is unbeatable. They have the 2nd worst Ba .279 in the SEC and have only played Missouri and Auburn so far.

Sure Hagen is a great pitcher, but Arkansas offense up to now has not been great. They have the home advantage but this series is more evenly matched then some people think.

Please dear god not Coleman. He lost his juice.

Coleman didn't lose anything. The rant just decided because of 1-2 appearances two years ago that he would be this elite unhittable arm. He is what he has been the majority of his time here.

Give me Herring or Ack. We have to go in with the mindset of keeping this a low scoring game to give our offense a chance

I agree. I’m looking for us to take 2 at Arkansas.

This series, like all in the SEC, will be tough. Especially with Ark having 3 starters with sub 2.5 ERAs and none really have issues with finding the strike zone. If we're able to generate some good ABs, get some pitch counts up and score in LATE innings against their bullpen (which we've struggled with so far), I wouldn't be surprised if we take 2/3.

That being said this is arguably the best pitching staff in the nation we're facing...so realistically I'm hoping to win 1/3.

hell no. Save Herring for a holeman game. He's one of the best bullpen arms we have. No sense in wasting him on a game we are supposedly conceding.

I would start Coleman or Anderson and then go to Herring if needed, but with Anderson throwing 30+ pitches Tues it won't be him
