Could not have said it better 77. The pumpers are a determined group for sure. They're determined to revel in the past despite the obvious problems that exist now.

And the doom and gloom crowd project the wreckage that is their personal lives onto the LSU program.
Like a flock of Chicken Littles they run around squawking that the world is coming to an end for every problem, large or small real or imagined that pops up.

Gotcha. So great success doesn't matter, it has to mirror exactly what Les has done?
You used coaches that didnt produce that most successful era of their program's career.

I know some of you are hung up on Les because of the national championship but everything changes, ask Lloyd Carr.
Again, im not hung up on Les Miles. Im hung up on the most successful decade in the history of lsu football.

Les believes in "don't offer up ANY information that you absolutely do not have to offer up" type of an approach. That does not mean he is smart in other areas, it just means he is smart in that one way.

You're banging your head against the wall trying to be reasonable. They don't realize they're just as bad and hardheaded as the miles-needs-to-go-at-any-cost crowd.
I am reasonable. Nothing i said is untrue. There a lot of lsu fans on this site that want to diminish the accomplishments of the lsu football program just because of who the coach it. If you cant see this, youre blind.
quote:
That being said, he still makes boneheaded moves just like any coach and isn't above reproach.
No one said he was above reproach. I myself have criticized the staff on offensive play calling and personnel.

These guys attack everyone that voices displeasure at something miles does. They don't realize they're the mirror image of Peej.
I havent attacked anyone. I state facts. Thats it. If you make a statement that is not true and all the stats and facts prove your statement to be dumb, then I'm. gonna say its dumb.no one on this board is as dumb as peej.

Holy shite. We just had top 15 finishes the last 4 years. We had 1 down season out of 5, which proves this year was the outlier. Not the norm.

Exactly.

Bury you head pumper its fine. There is nothing offensively moving forward at the QB position that could give the fans hope for next year.

I know one thing, Gunner Kiel doesn't have an LSU jersey thanks to the way he treated Lee in the game. Thanks Les

It was Les. You're just too far up his arse to see it.

2009 called and wants it doom and gloom statement back.
How long have you been watching cfb? Ive never heard of a qb getting better from his sophomore to junior year.

Well he didn't show up and he doesn't play for us last I checked. The fact that it happened a week after 1/9/12 shitfest tells me the thing speaks for itself.

Realist my arse. You're a pot stirrer. Support your boy...it's fine. AJ has had plenty of time to improve.....he's regressed but I'm sure you don't see it that way. All is well with no DC and shite for QB choices.

You dont jump to conclusions much do you? Gunner chose to stay closer to his family. It had nothing to do with JLee. Miles has screwed up enough for you to have shite to bitch about. There's no need to make shite up.

Again, stating facts about Miles tenure is not being a pot stirrer. Its reality.

AJ has had plenty of time to improve.
So if a qb isnt good by his redshirt freshman year (i know AJ is a sophomore but he is a true sophomore) then he'll never be good?
quote:we we've been searching for a dc for 2 weeks. Thats not a long time.
All is well with no DC and shite for QB choices.

I have been to several clinics and he is nothing like what you see on TV. I think he does the best "Columbo" act of any person I know! I have been saying it was an act for a long time.
Posted on 1/12/15 at 9:26 pm to JaxTiger10
Dude I'm not even talking about AJ being "good." I'm talking about AJ being marginal. He's not there and for you to defend his play and claim you know something about football is mind boggling.
Top that with no one seemingly pushing the right buttons with BH.....sorry no warm and fuzzy here.
