I do believe that bunting should be PART of the game.

It doesn't exist at all right now. Our sac bunt stats don't lie.

They need to teach Stevenson and Laird during the offseason how to bunt for hits with their speed.

I'm sure those high fastballs looked juicy to our hitters even if not swinging for the fence.

He didn't. I became fascinated with his pitch location and watched, and I'll bet it wasn't 30% and many of those were mistakes that barely missed.

and as evidenced by the balls that Katz and Ibarra smoked, if every player goes up there with their only goal at the beginning of every at bat being to force this guy to throw one strike, we would have pounded the shite out of him.

Instead we went through the order 3 teams with everybody but Laird chasing high fastballs out of the zone like it was going out of style.

Bull shite. BuNnting was the FUNDAMENTALLY CORRECT THING TO DO! How many double plays does Rhymes have to hit into before Maneri gets it?

Makes me want to

When you pop up every ball instead of getting balls on the ground, yes Id say you're getting under it and swinging for the fence

The book on this guy is that he tries to make hitters chase high fastballs. Can't believe that it wasn't drilled into out hitters all week to lay off anything above the waist. Poor, poor coaching.

People are stupid every time lsu loses its the end of the world wish people would support the team and coaches more often many great teams didn't make it to Omaha and you don't make it there unless your capable of beating anybody on a given day relax and enjoy the rest of the World Series
