come on man.

he is not playing well, i agree.

but he is leading the ncaa in a bunch of categories
he is leading all freshman in rebounds.
tremendous on D

the only thing he is lacking is energy and a jumpshot
he didn't play with tons of energy in high school so i don't know what you were
expecting unless all you did was listen to hype instead of actually watching his game.

He disappears against the top teams we played on the schedule.

It's officially alarming.

You need to look up from your computer once or twice.

He took nine shots in a road loss in which they had to win to be considered a bubble team.

All LSU fans know about is football and baseball .. You can't actually think they know ANYTHING about basketball .. Our fans are fricking stupid and know nothing.. He is the damn #1 pick and they bash him..

I got killed in a thread earlier today for saying that our fans root against and hate on Simmons.

Point proven tonight. Look at this board

I was expecting him to take the ball to the hoop every time we need to score and that was before I saw him play. I honestly don't know how he is NBA ready.

If it wasn't for the announcers constantly repeating this, most casual fans wouldn't be able to tell who the best player on the court is 90% of the time.

And just wait for all the same retards to pound their chest over him when he's a NBA All-star.

He's not the dominate player he was billed to be. He doesn't take over games like the #1 NBA draft pick should.

"Only"??? My god, those are two critical aspects of the game.

True. He's good, but the best player in the draft can make a difference in a game no matter what else happens, whether coaching or his teammates. He's a nice player. One and done. But he by no means dominates like the best player should.

I remember LSU and Shaq lost a game to a Florida team where all of the scholarship players quit and they were replaced with student walk-ons.
